rise of the planet of the apes

a movie where what makes the difference between a stupid ape and one who enjoys over-human intelligence is that the enlightened one understands it's better for him/her to obey the alfa-ape. ( oh, and has green eyes, i almost forgot).
all said.
a hell of a waste. or a really flat-ironed attempt at beeing cynical. but no.
